After midnight
The whole menu, until the end.
Late kitchen does not mean toast and soup here. Come late and you get the same menu as at seven: Schinkenfleckerl, Wiener Schnitzel, steaks, oysters — and the bar to go with it.
The Vienna Tourist Board lists THELL among the addresses for dining after midnight. We take that as an order: last orders fifteen minutes before the kitchen closes, then the bar takes over.
No booking? Head to the bar — the high tables serve the full menu as long as there is a seat.
