The format

A flying buffet is the opposite of queueing: small dishes that come to you while the guests stand, chat and change places. No cold buffet that looks sad at 10 pm.
The kitchen stays Wiener Weltküche, just in a small format — planned to fit the occasion and the headcount.
At yours or at ours
The buffet also flies at Thell.
The flying buffet goes both ways: at your place as part of the catering — or at ours in the bar area, where up to 80 guests celebrate between marble and brass. The in-house version lives under Celebrate at Thell.
